Refund and/or reprint requests for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Approved refunds and/or reprints for physical products will be processed within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• All products are printed on demand. Due to the nature of this, we do not offer refunds for any physical products due to change of mind with buyer's remorse. Exceptions are noted in the Conditions section below.

Refunds are available for valid reasons, such as misprinted, damaged and/or defective items for physical products.

Refund Requests
To receive a refund for a physical product, please follow these steps:
 

1. Contact customer support here to submit a return authorization.

2. Please provide the following information: 

• Order Number​

• A description of the issue

• Any relevant photos of item(s)

 

Once approved, follow the instructions provided if applicable.

Exchanges
All orders are printed on demand. Due to the nature of this, we do not accept exchanges. All sales are final with any exceptions noted in this Refund Policy. 

 

Lost Packages

If shipment is marked 'lost in transit' due to an error on our end, we will replace the item. Please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date here. 

 

If the package is marked 'delivered' on our end, but you have not received the shipment, please submit a claim here to determine next steps. Please make sure to double check your shipping address prior to placing the order to minimize errors. 

Return Shipping Costs
If the return request is due to a product defect or error on our part & you would still like the product, we will gladly issue a free reprint at no additional charge. There is no need to return the product.  Please allow for 3-5 business days for production & 6-10 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are not offered at this time. 

Item Condition​

• Refunds will only be issued if the product arrived misprinted, damaged and/or defective and you do not want a free reprint.
