Moon Phases

B.West Studio LLC's Return Policy governs product returns for purchases from our ecommerce store, covering digital and physical items. It defines refund and exchange eligibility, applicable circumstances, and the time frame for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience.

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS 

​​Refund Request Timeframe

Refund and/or reprint requests for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Timeframe

Approved refunds and/or reprints for physical products will be processed within 14 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

  • All products are printed on demand. Due to the nature of this, we do not offer refunds for any physical products due to change of mind with buyer's remorse. Exceptions are noted in the Conditions section below.

Conditions
Refunds are available for valid reasons, such as misprinted, damaged and/or defective items for physical products.

Refund Requests
To receive a refund for a physical product, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact customer support here to submit a return authorization.

  2. Please provide the following information: 

  • Order Number​

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos of item(s)

 

Once approved, follow the instructions provided if applicable.



Exchanges
All orders are printed on demand. Due to the nature of this, we do not accept exchanges. All sales are final with any exceptions noted in this Refund Policy. 

 

Lost Packages

If shipment is marked 'lost in transit' due to an error on our end, we will replace the item. Please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date here

 

If the package is marked 'delivered' on our end, but you have not received the shipment, please submit a claim here to determine next steps. Please make sure to double check your shipping address prior to placing the order to minimize errors. 


Return Shipping Costs
If the return request is due to a product defect or error on our part & you would still like the product, we will gladly issue a free reprint at no additional charge. There is no need to return the product.  Please allow for 3-5 business days for production & 6-10 business days for standard shipping.
Expedited shipping options are not offered at this time. 

Item Condition​

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product arrived misprinted, damaged and/or defective and you do not want a free reprint.

  • Once a digital download link has been accessed or the download process has started, refunds cannot be issued. This policy prevents abuse of downloadable content. Exceptions are noted in the Conditions section below.

  • Change of mind with buyer's remorse

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

Refunds are available for valid reasons, such as duplicated payments for digital product(s) or if the product has not been downloaded.

You are expressly prohibited from redistributing, reselling or claiming these templates, or any modification of them, as your own original work. Unauthorized resale or distribution is a violation of copyright law. B.West Studio LLC values your respect for the time & creative work invested in these templates. 


REFUND METHOD


Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be used.

CHARGEBACK REQUESTS

We will analyze chargeback requests according to the guidelines provided herein. Customer support will review each request, considering all pertinent information, documentation, and transaction history. This approach ensures our decision aligns with industry best practices and our company's established policies.
